They melt quickly and easily in the microwave or double-broiler. These candy melts have a rich vanilla flavour and you can use them with any of our chocolate molds, or for fruit-dipping, candy drizzling, and more. Ingredients: Sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, whole milk solids, reduced mineral whey powder, nonfat dry milk solids, soya lecithin as an emulsifier, salt, artificial flavor and yellow lake 5.
This product is prepared using machines that may come into contact with Wheat/Gluten, Eggs, Dairy or Dairy Products, Peanuts, Soy and Tree Nuts.

Melting, flavouring and colouring:
Place the product in a bowl and microwave in 15 - 20 second intervals. Stir the product after each interval. The product will melt quickly and can easily scorch if overheated. Melt as much or as little as you need at a time. The less wafers you use, the less time it will take to melt.
Add approximately 1/4 teaspoon oil-based Candy Flavor to 1 lb. of melted candy coating (Loranns Candy Flavours come in a wide range of flavours and are very concentrated, so a little goes a long way). Never use alcohol or water based flavorings or colorings; they will cause coatings to harden.
To custom color your white wafers, use Chefmaster Candy Colours or Americolor gel paste colouring with Americolor Flo-Coat in a ratio of 1 part color paste to 5 parts Flo-Coat. This can be tricky business, so experiment carefully! Mix your color and flo-coat together first then gradual add to the candy. Flo-Coat itself is a very useful product, making your candy even shinier and it improves the release of small or intricate candy molds.
