Payment Options


Payment is made at the time of checkout, not dispatch. Orders will not be accepted and processed until full payment is made and confirmed by The Raspberry Butterfly. Orders may be cancelled at any time at our discretion until full payment is received. If there are any problems we will phone you within 3 days of receiving the order.

If you require cancellation of an order please contact us immediately as orders cannot be cancelled once posted. If an order has been packed ready for postage and the customer wishes to cancel the order a cancellation fee of $10 may apply for returning the goods into stock and cover any packaging materials used.
