Postage & Pick Up

We endeavour to have your parcel ready to post within 24 hrs of receiving payment Mon- Fri where possible. (please see terms and conditions below).We cannot guarantee delivery times via  courier tracked and you need to allow 7-10 working days for delivery, this could be longer for regional areas of Australia. If you require your package urgently please contact us immediately to organise priority postage. All express post parcels are considered priority postage and we will endeavour to processed these orders on the day of payment if payment is received before 2pm.

##Please Note: Express Post for Rural / Regional Australia please allow 3-4 working days. Australia Post does not guarantee these areas next day delivery.

The Raspberry Butterfly takes every care to package the items securely to reduce the risk of damage or breakage but will not take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit. Many items are fragile and postal insurance is recommended and available on request. Loss or damage must be reported to Australia post immediately if the package was covered by insurance.  If the package has not been delivered and was registered please contact The Raspberry Butterfly for your parcel tracking information.

Any special instructions for delivery should be noted in the comments field at check-out.
    
At this stage we do not ship outside of Australia.

Although we are an online retail website only we are more than happy for customers of the Hunter & Port Stephens regions to pick up their orders. Pick-up hours are 10am - 3pm Monday - Friday. If you require collection outside these hours please contact us first to organise an alternative time. There is a pick-up option available at checkout.
